This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices for The Honest Weigh and/or Melissa Ronda and/or Personal Gains DBA at The Honest Weigh and our website; melissaronda.com. This privacy notice applies solely to information collected by this website, except where stated otherwise. It will notify you of the following:

With whom it is shared;
How it can be corrected;
How it is secured;
How policy changes will be communicated; and
How to address concerns over misuse of personal data.
Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g., to ship an order.

In order to use this website, a user must first complete the registration form. During registration, a user is required to give certain information (such as name and email address). This information is used to contact you about the products/services on our site in which you have expressed interest. At your option, you may also provide demographic information (such as gender or age) about yourself, but it is not required.
We request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use this information to contact you.
We share aggregated demographic information with our partners and advertisers. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.
We use an outside shipping company to ship orders, and a credit card processing company to bill users for goods and services. These companies do not retain, share, store or use personally identifiable information for any secondary purposes beyond filling your order.
We partner with another party to provide specific services. When the user signs up for these services, we will share names, or other contact information that is necessary for the third party to provide these services. These parties are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services.
We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page.
While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (e.g. billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers on which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
We use "cookies" on this site. A cookie is a piece of data stored on a site visitor's hard drive to help us improve your access to our site and identify repeat visitors to our site. For instance, when we use a cookie to identify you, you would not have to log in a password more than once, thereby saving time while on our site. Surveys & Contests
From time-to-time our site requests information via surveys or contests. Participation in these surveys or contests is completely voluntary and you may choose whether or not to participate and therefore disclose this information. Information requested may include contact information (such as name and shipping address), and demographic information (such as zip code, age level). Contact information will be used to notify the winners and award prizes. Survey information will be used for purposes of monitoring or improving the use and satisfaction of this site.

Billing Policies for Melissa Ronda, The Honest Weigh, Personal Gains
By purchasing products or services from Melissa Ronda, The Honest Weigh, or Personal Gains, you are accepting and agreeing to billing policy which applies to all customers and clients. Please also refer to the specific billing and return policies attached to the particular program or product your purchased. Please direct any questions to:
Customers are responsible for keeping all credit/debit card details and contact information current. Please email and inform us of any changes right away.
If you need to update your credit card information, please use this form.
All contracted fees are automatically charged to the credit/debit card on file. If we have more than one credit/debit card on file, we will attempt to charge all cards on file. If you would like a card removed from your file, you need to contact us at no more than 72 hours before your payment is due.
We accept Credit Card, Paypal and Transferwise (for International Customers).
Credit/Debit Card Billing: All credit/debit cards are automatically charged on the customer’s specific billing cycle date or, if a payment plan is selected, every 30-days from the initial payment.
If the credit/debit card is declined, we will continue to attempt to charge the card on file every 3 days for 30 days (up to 10 times).
If your account becomes more than 7 days past due, you will lose access to any and all programs and services until your balance is paid in full.
Delinquent Accounts: If your account falls 60 days past due, with no communication or arrangements from you, your account will be sent to a third party collections agency.
Returned Item Fee: There is a $50.00 insufficient funds fee for returned checks in addition to the amount still due.
Late Fee: Invoices which remain unpaid after 30-days may be assessed a late fee of $50.00 per month.
Chargebacks: If a customer initiates a chargeback, we will assess a $200.00 processing fee for each individual chargeback.
Collections Fee: In the event an account is submitted to a third-party collections agency, the client will be responsible for the full amount of the collections fees, in addition to any other fees previously assessed on the account, including the original balance, returned item fees and/or late fees.
Cancellation of your account does not dismiss outstanding invoices or any contracted commitments. At the time of cancellation, any outstanding balance must be settled. All cancelled accounts with an outstanding balance may be automatically turned over to a third-party collection service.
You agree to provide 30 days to attempt resolution of any billing dispute before disputing with any third-party credit/debit card company or bank. Should Melissa Ronda, Personal Gains, or The Honest Weigh receive a chargeback from a third-party credit/debit card company or bank on the customer’s behalf before we have been given a chance to resolve the issue, we have the right to collect on the rendered services plus any fees associated with those disputes.
Regardless of the outcome of the chargeback, we retain the right to collect on any rendered services or fees that are due. Melissa Ronda, Personal Gains, The Honest Weigh will submit any disputed amounts to a collection agency if not resolved in-house once a chargeback is initiated, we will immediately suspend the account until the matter is resolved.
There is a strict no refund policy. You are responsible for the total amount of your purchase plus any finance fees if applicable, whether you pay in full or choose a payment plan.
We understand there are special circumstances that may prevent you from adhering to your original purchase agreement or payment plan. In that case, you must contact Melissa Ronda in writing, where you may then be approved to reevaluate your payment plan. These requests must be made within 30 days of submitting payment.
By purchasing a product or service from us, you are indicating your agreement to these terms laid out in this billing policy.
Payment Plan Policy
We reserve the right to remove access to all groups, programs and materials should any automatic monthly payments decline.
We are extending a courtesy by providing you with an option to pay in monthly installments. This does not mean that you are on a month to month contract, unless otherwise stated. All payments must be paid on time and the total amount must be paid in full in order for the account to be considered current. By purchasing with a monthly payment plan, you are agreeing to pay the entire amount in full.
Health History & Waiver of Liability
The client/customer/consumer of content assumes all risk of participating in or consuming any of Melissa Ronda, The Honest Weigh, or Personal Gains programs or content and agrees that neither Melissa Ronda, The Honest Weigh, or Personal Gains will be liable for any injury, illness, or similar difficulty that the client may suffer arising out of or connected with the clients/customers participation in any program of Melissa Ronda, The Honest Weigh, or Personal Gains.
With any fitness, mental health, or nutrition changes, you should always seek clearance from your physician prior to participation.
While Melissa Ronda does hold numerous certifications, including but not limited to National Academy of Sports Medicine FNS, TA Transformation Coach, Goal Success Coach, and Life Purpose Coach, none of her content, courses, coaching, either free or paid is to be considered a substitute for medical wellness or treatment.
Melissa is not able to nor will she provide any sort of medical diagnoses, treatments, medications, or other services that are completed by a medical professional. Her programs are not designed to treat any mental, emotional, or other medical conditions. If you as the Client believe you may be in need of medical treatment or a diagnosis to relieve a current condition, By investing in Melissa's products or services, you confirm you are not looking for medical treatment, understand the difference between coaching and treatment, and do not expect Melissa to provide any services other than that outlined the specific program.
