Know that you've "been told" dozens of times before what to do, but you never stuck with it. Sure a lot of those diets you tried were fad diets that set you up for failure anyways. But I think it's pretty safe to say that you KNOW you could eat a salad instead of a cheeseburger. You KNOW you could give up wine, soda, or flavored coffee creamer. You KNOW you could eat more vegetables and less potato chips BUT.YOU.DON'T.
That's okay! That is totally fucking okay because THIS is why I would love to see you journaling. It helps you get to the "why".
