Today we will discuss how to make these habits as automatic as brushing your teeth.







What's Next...Learning REAL "Self-Care".


Here is the thing, many women, myself included, spent the majority of our lives worrying about people others more than ourselves. That means we never learned “self-care” .... and I mean real self care, like eating right, exercise, saying no to other people.



How to Learn It.


Because this is a totally foreigner concept, it's important to set reminders. Like actually reminders that you are important.


Set alarms are your phone to remind you to:

  • Drink Water

  • Eat

  • Exercise

  • Step check in




Many women have spent the majority of their lives worrying about other people's needs before their own. That means they never learned “self-care” .... and I mean real self care, like eating right, exercise, saying no to other people.





Bottom Line.


You have a lot on your plate. You are pulled in a lot of directions and it’s easy to fall back into old habits of putting other people’s needs before your own. Create alarms like this to remind you of the person you are working on being.
