We’ve got our timeline.
We have point A which is today. We have point Z which is the day you reach your goal of maintenance. We’ve broken that down to either losing 1, 2 or alternating somewhere in between.
And now you’re like “crap! This feels overwhelming.”
Yup, this feels like a lot to take on, but don't you worry.
Simply write down 3 small steps you can take on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis that will get you moving in the right direction. Maybe it's walking an additional 500 steps a day? Maybe it's strength training for 20 minutes 3 times a week like we do in EVOLVE? Maybe it's meal prepping every Sunday? Now write this on your timeline every single time this needs to occur. This makes it concrete. Don't skip this step.
We’ve got a lot of new “to-dos” don’t we?
We have a plan so that’s exciting, but how can we make all of this stick?
