1 head cauliflower, chopped
2 tbsp. Parmesan Cheese
2 tsp. butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Pinch of garlic powder
1. Boil cauliflower in pot on stove with about 1 inch of water on bottom with lid on pot.
2. Cook cauliflower until soft.
3. Drain water and place cauliflower in blender.
4. Add Parmesan, butter, salt, pepper, and garlic powder to blender.
5. Blend until smooth. If necessary, add a splash of almond milk to reach desired consistency.
